"Yoga not only gave me back my connection to myself, but also placed me in what is now my life's purpose: to share it with the world.”

Namaste!

I'm so happy you're here. I was born in Seville (Spain), and although I feel very Sevillian, since I was small I grew up in a multicultural environment given the diversity of my family origins. Yoga has been and is my constant teacher, an infinite path toward myself. Although my parents were practitioners of Yoga for years, my first contact with this discipline happened in 2010, when I traveled with my sister to India, curious about the Sanskrit origin of our names. There I had my first contact with asana and meditation practices.

Years later, while living in Barcelona, I found myself in the middle of a complicated phase of life. My father passed away, I was too absorbed by academic duties and strong existential questions riddled with anxiety rose within me. I felt totally disconnected from myself. One day a friend wanted to rehearse with me for her yoga teacher exam and I loved it. From that moment I began to practice alone in my house every day, giving myself over to this discipline with faith and confidence. And it wasn't in vain. Yoga not only gave me back my connection with myself, but it placed me in what is now my life purpose: to share it with the world.

"Thanks to yoga I have managed to connect with myself, accompanied by a state of joy and calm that I will love sharing with you."

Namaste!

Yoga entered my life as a gift, literally. My first sessions were given to me by a friend so I could learn about his school. I became excited at the very first practice. From that moment something began to change in me, in a very subtle way, to gradually connect with myself, alongside with a state of joy and calm that accompanies me in the present. I'd love to share with you!

“I love the physical, mental and spiritual sensation that Yoga gives you,and I think the idea of being able to share it is very nice."

Namaste!

Mexican by birth, I'm filled with bits from different parts of the world. I have lived in Cancun, Mexico City (CDMX), London and Madrid. My first yoga experience was in Cancun. I had been interested and curious about this discipline before, but that's when I decided to take my first class. There I ran into my great teacher Kumiko, who taught Yin yoga. It captivated me from the start: it seemed mysterious to me and I wanted to continue to know more. I attended this class for a year and a half because it made me feel balanced. I discovered moments of silence, of peace. Then I got the idea to study to be a yoga teacher. I loved the physical, mental and spiritual feeling, and the idea of being able to share it seemed very nice to me. I went to London and continued practicing for myself at home, my body asking for movement. When I returned to CDMX I resumed classes, but this time on Haṭha-vinyāsa, Aṣṭāṅga, Iyengar and Power Yoga.

"I love being able to accompany other souls on their journey of consciousness, to see how they challenge themselves by wanting to go further."

Namaste! I hope you're doing well.

I come from beautiful Italy, where I lived most of my life. I have been a management engineer, financial advisor, head of sales and I have traveled to many places around the world. I have always felt that I was missing something and finally, in the midst of that quest for my essence, I arrived in Madrid, where I was fascinated by its wonderful energy and vibration. Here in Spain I entered a more spiritual world and regained my confidence in Magic!

"Each step in the practice is equally important: I'm not looking for more complex milestones, but to deepen my understanding of each one."

My career is marked by accompanying studies in the development of people. After Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Psychology, I decided to change the perspective from which I work, including movement, breathing and meditation as the focus of my approach. A specialist in handstands, my classes are dynamic, creative, fun and challenging, with special attention to refining the perception and use of the body as a way of internal transformation. I seek to build practice from the simplest to most complex, so that each step is equally important. My goal is not to achieve more complex milestones, but to refine one's understanding of each one.
