Consciousness and Movement
It's not just a matter of “taking a class”; it's about the momentary feeling of you belonging to a more loving, more beautiful, more cared for, more conscious, and more livable version of life. A bridge between the corporeal, the emotional, the spiritual, the aesthetic and the symbolic.
BENEFITS
We provide you with a space in which to feel at ease, opening a door to move through your life with more confidence and calm through physical and mental training.
WHAT IS YOGA?
WHAT IS OUR METHOD?
The physical and mental demand of each method varies according to its intention. Therefore, always in search of balance and individual harmony, we focus on both Yin sequences (passive, gentle and slow postures) and Yang sequences (active, dynamic and stimulating postures), both based on the classic postures of haṭha yoga.
The yin yang principle, used in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, refers to the dual basis of the world in which we live, governed by polarities and intermediate zones. It is these complementary opposites (dark and light, cold and heat, soft and hard, etc.) that allow all things to coexist in balance. They are two sides of the same coin, one cannot exist without the other.
Yin Yoga combines the knowledge of Yoga and Chinese Taoist philosophy. The essence of this method is to be in harmony with the rhythm and flow of nature, owning a permissive and listening attitude. This allows the prāṇa (vital energy) to circulate through the body calming the mind, revitalizing organs, the fascia, tendons and ligaments.
