This passive and restorative practice for all ages and levels, increases your flexibility and favors the deep revitalization of your organs, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue (fascia). Barre
This low-impact fitness discipline combines the elegance of ballet, yoga body awareness, and Pilates muscle control. Using tools such as the ballet bar, balls, weights and elastic bands, you tone your body, improve flexibility, balance and posture through a series of small, controlled and repetitive movements. You work on specific muscle groups (legs, buttocks, abdomen, arms). Thus, you strengthen and tone, improve your posture and balance, strengthen the core and align your spine.
Hey, kids!
Children's yoga is an adaptation of classic yoga designed specifically for boys and girls. In practice we will attempt the combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and games in a fun way, with the aim of promoting your creativity and physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Bench and Mantras
In this medium intensity session we combine the chanting of mantras with bench exercises to strengthen the abdominal and lumbar area and release tension. The perfect practice for working on the body and calming your mind. And it has been proven that the repetition of mantras produces numerous benefits both physically and mentally through the vibration of sound and its repetition.
Hatha
This practice of static postures reveals the root of yoga practice. It is ideal for delving into every detail, combining stretching, breathing and meditation. HA means sun, and THA means moon; this term assuming the union between solar/yang energy and the lunar/yin energy that inhabits each person.
Ashtanga
This is a dynamic, intense and structured style of yoga based on the synchronization of the breath with the same fixed sequence of postures, seeking the connection between mind, body and breath. It is known as “the eight-part yoga” because of the eight steps or limbs that describe the Patanjali system in the Yoga Sutras. Since it is always the same sequence, the person can easily observe their progressive improvement.
Rocket
This type of dynamic and very intense Yoga finds its origin in traditional Ashtanga. However, their sequences can be modified without following a rigid pattern by adapting to each body and moment. Rocket I is based on the first series of Ashtanga and works the opening of the hips, forward push-ups and strength. It also includes plank exercises and inversions. Rocket II is heavily sourced from the second series of Ashtanga and focuses more on opening the chest and torsion exercises. Since both sequences are complementary, they alternate every week.
